The Uxbridge and Scott Agricultural Society Annual General Meeting (AGM) is just around the corner.<\/p>\n
This year’s AGM is at the Uxbridge Legion on January 31, 2023, at 7:30 PM.<\/span><\/p>\n A Special meeting to address proposed amendments to our constitution will occur before the AGM.<\/span><\/p>\n All paid<\/strong> members of the Fair organization are eligible to vote in the elections, and we encourage everyone to participate.<\/span><\/p>\n Memberships will be available for purchase at 7:00 PM before the 7:30 start at the Legion.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n We will hold elections for the new Board and Executive members, and we look forward to welcoming new faces to the team and working together to achieve our shared goals.<\/span><\/p>\n The 2023 Fair theme is “We’ve got A Good Thing Growing<\/strong>“!<\/span><\/p>\n This year’s AGM will also feature award presentations, recognizing the outstanding contributions of members who have gone above and beyond in their service to the organization.<\/span><\/p>\n This evening is an excellent opportunity to celebrate our members’ achievements and thank them for their dedication and hard work.<\/span><\/p>\n We hope you will join us for this year’s AGM and take an active role in shaping the future of the Fair organization.
