1. Read general rules for Homecraft Building.
2. Exhibitors must produce the DUPLICATE entry list when claiming exhibits.
3. NO commercial mixes to be used unless specified.
4. All breads to beb baked in rectangular pans.
5. All cakes to be shown on foil-covered boards.
6. Biscuits, muffins, buns, cookies, tarts and squares to be placed on disposable plates.
7. All pies to be displayed on 8" - 9" foil pie plates.
8. Place all baking entries in a clear plastic bad with entry tag secured to bag.
THE FOLLOWING CLASSES ARE JUDGED THURSDAY EVENING.
Prizes: 1st: $5, 2nd: $4, 3rd: $3, 4th: $2
Yeast Breads:
1. | Homemade bread, white, 1/2 loaf |
2. | Homemade bread, wholewheat or multigrain, 1/2 loaf |
Cakes:
3. | Decorated cupcakes, 4 |
4. | Chocolate chip chookies, 4 |
5. | Squares, 4 |
Preserves:
6. | Strawberry jam |
7. | Pickles |
