We’re thrilled to have you joining us for another year of fun, food, and fantastic activities. We have made a few changes to our policies to ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience at the Fair. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
One of the key changes we’ve made is our new ‘No Backpack Policy’. Our main priority at the Uxbridge Fair is to ensure the safety of all our attendees. This policy aims to create a more secure and efficient environment for everyone. It’s a step in the right direction towards maintaining a delightful and worry-free atmosphere for all our fairgoers.
If you plan to bring a bag with you to the Fair, here are a few things to remember:
- No Backpacks: For us to keep our security checks quick and effective, backpacks will not be permitted on the fairgrounds. If you arrive with a backpack, you will be kindly asked to return it to your vehicle or leave it at home. We appreciate your understanding as we prioritize the safety and convenience of all attendees.
- Clear Stadium Bags: Clear stadium bags that allow the contents to be seen are welcomed. Clear bags make it easier for our security personnel to check the bags without opening them, ensuring quicker entry for you and everyone else.
- Other Bags and Large Purses: We understand that you may need to bring items for the day. While we encourage you to bring as little as possible, we understand some items are necessary. Please note, however, these bags may be subject to search at the entrance.
- Diaper Bags: We love seeing our littlest fairgoers! If you’re bringing an infant along, diaper bags are acceptable. We ask that the baby be present with you at the time of entry.
