Annual General Meeting 2025 Join us for our AGM on Thursday, January 30, 2025, at the Seniors Centre on Marietta St. The meeting starts at 7:30 pm, with doors opening at 6:45 pm for membership renewals. Annual dues remain $10.00 per person. Only members who have paid their 2025 dues can vote in the elections.
Director Nominations Now Open We’re seeking nominations for our 18 director positions. Executive role candidates must have prior director experience. Nominating yourself or others for a 2025 director position creates eligibility for vice-president roles in 2026.
Important Dates: Submit nominations in writing to the committee by January 23, 2025 (seven business days before the AGM).
