1. Read general rules for Homecraft Building.
2. Exhibitors must produce the DUPLICATE entry list when claiming exhibits.
3. NO commercial mixes to be used unless specified.
4. All breads to be baked in rectangular pans.
5. All cakes to be shown on foil-covered boards.
6. Biscuits, muffins, buns, cookies, tarts and squares to be placed on disposable plates.
7. All pies to be displayed on 8" - 9" foil pie plates.
8. Place all baking entries in a clear plastic bag with entry tag secured to bag.
9. One entry per participant per category.
Each Exhibitor entering one or more adult classes will be charged a single ehibitor fee of $5.00 this year!
THE FOLLOWING CLASSES ARE JUDGED THURSDAY EVENING.
Champion Reserve Rosettes will be awarded for best cake and pie
Prizes: 1st: $5, 2nd: $4, 3rd: $3, 4th: $2
Special prizes:

Cakes:
2. | Any 8" or 9" chocolate cake iced cakes are to be one layer only to minimize waste |
3. | Any other 8" or 9" gluten free cake Cakes are to be one layer only to minimize waste. Cake can be iced or not iced. |
