Meet Geo The Velociraptor

Discover Your New Prehistoric Pal

Get ready for a dino-mite adventure! Roaming the fairgrounds and taking the stage at our bandshell, Geo the Velociraptor is waiting to meet curious explorers of all ages. This isn’t your typical fair encounter – it’s a journey back 70 million years to meet one of history’s most fascinating creatures!

What Makes Geo Special?

Geo brings prehistoric wonder to life in an educational and entertaining way that captivates both kids and adults. Our resident Velociraptor ranger will share amazing facts that might surprise you:

  • Feathered Friend: Unlike the movies, real Velociraptors had beautiful feathers! Geo shows off what these “swift thieves” really looked like.
  • Smart Cookie: With excellent problem-solving skills and keen senses, Velociraptors were among the most intelligent dinosaurs.
  • Perfect Size: About the size of a large turkey, these agile hunters were built for speed, not intimidation.

Interactive Learning Adventure

Educational Fun for Everyone: Whether your little paleontologist is 4 or 14, Geo’s presentations are designed to spark curiosity and wonder. Kids will discover how these amazing creatures lived, what they ate, and how they’re connected to the birds we see today.

Photo Opportunities: Capture the perfect family moment with Geo! These prehistoric photo ops create lasting memories and fantastic social media posts.
